Terms of Sale:

01.　You, the Buyer, have the unconditional right to return any item(s) purchased, with no explanation required, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s).

02.　I, the Seller, will pay any refunds due within a 7 (seven) day period following my receipt of the returned of the item(s) in question and that the amount refunded include any taxes, shipping & handling. 

03.  All transactions are provided through the Artspan Shopping Cart system.  All customer credit data is protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.

04.   All shipments are sent fully insured using UPS Ground shipping

05.   All Artwork and Prints are UNFRAMED unless otherwise stated or arranged prior to shipment.

06.   In the event of any dispute regarding damaged items or other issues with your purchase you, the Buyer, may ask Artspan to mediate said dispute. If so, I agree to abide by the decision and/or recommendation(s) made by Artspan.
