I just saw the movie "Catfish" and was immediately impressed by your art. I'm glad you have this site so more of the world can see your wonderful art, rather than just a remote corner of Michigan.

I think too many people gave you a bad rap over the events portrayed in Catfish. I saw a woman whose world had closed in around her, and who had only late at night to practice her craft, and the Facebook page to divert herself from crushing responsibility. People don't realize how all-consuming it can be to care for disabled children, and you had two to care for. A person has to get a break from all that.

I hope that this site and the movie provide you with the exposure and success your talent deserves.

Beautiful paintings. I also watched the documentary "Catfish". I think you had so much stress on you as a care taker of your handicap family members. As a creative person you were able to reinvent yourself. I do this in my mind all the time. I feel sometimes I have not lived up to all I expected I would be. A wise person once said we are all ordinary. Once we realize that, we can truly be happy. Even the famous and rich people are ordinary. There are just some people who shine brighter.
